Who we are

This page is run by Edwin Leonardo Suárez Melgarejo, an individual based in Colombia, who sells printable materials under the Chakana brand. For anything about your information, write to soporte.chakanahg@gmail.com. Mailing address: Calle 28C # 8-45, La Ceja, Antioquia 055010, Colombia.

What we collect on this page

This page has no forms. It doesn't ask for your name or your email address.

• Visit totals. When you open this page or click or tap one of the three buttons that take you to checkout, our server adds one to a daily total, grouped by the ad that brought you here (the utm_content tag in the link). It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't store your IP address or anything else that identifies you. We keep only the totals.
• Meta pixel, only if you accept cookies. The Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) receives the web address (URL) of each page you visit here, your IP address, your browser and device information, and Meta's cookies (_fbp and _fbc). It also records when you click or tap one of the three buttons that take you to checkout.
• To show you the page. As with any website, our hosting and security providers receive your IP address and browser information so the page can reach you.

Cookies

The only cookies this page uses for advertising are Meta's, and only if you click or tap "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click or tap "Decline," nothing is sent to Meta from this page, and you can still buy. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of the page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "Decline": the cookie banner doesn't appear, and nothing is sent to Meta from this page, even if you accepted before.

Do Not Track

This page doesn't change what it does when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Instead, it asks you first: nothing is sent to Meta from this page unless you accept cookies.

How we use it

• To count visits and clicks for each ad (totals only).
• If you accept cookies: to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• To answer you when you write to us.

Who we share it with

Your information passes through these services:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), only if you accept cookies, through the pixel. We use it to measure and improve our ads. Meta also uses it, under its own terms, to measure, target, and show ads, and it may combine it with information it collects on other websites and apps.
• Hotmart, if you buy. See "If you buy," below.
• Lovable hosts this page and keeps the visit totals.
• Cloudflare delivers the page securely. Your IP address and browser information pass through it.
• Google (Gmail) stores the emails you send us, our replies, and any purchase notifications Hotmart sends us.
• Anthropic (Claude) is the AI assistant we use to analyze our ad results and visit totals.

These services may process information outside the United States.

If you buy

Your purchase is made through Hotmart, which handles your information under its own privacy policy and emails you a link to your PDFs. Hotmart shares with us your name, email address, phone number, and the address you enter at checkout (street, city, state, ZIP code, and country), along with the details of your purchase, such as the product, the price, any sales tax, and the payment method, so we can help you and handle refunds. When a purchase is confirmed, Hotmart tells Meta about it on our behalf (through Meta's Conversions API), so we can measure our ads. Meta also uses it, under its own terms, to measure, target, and show ads. This comes from Hotmart's server, not from this page, so it doesn't depend on your choice in the cookie banner. We don't send you marketing emails.

How long we keep it

We keep the emails you send us, and any purchase notifications Hotmart sends us, as long as we need them to help you or handle a refund, or until you ask us to delete them. Visit totals contain nothing that identifies you. Hotmart keeps your purchase details under its own privacy policy, and Meta keeps information under its own policy.

Your choices

You can decline cookies, or withdraw your consent at any time, with "Cookie Settings." From then on, this page sends nothing to Meta from that browser. You can also write to soporte.chakanahg@gmail.com to ask what personal information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. Requests are free.

Children

This page is for teachers and families. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date below.
